Advanced Encryption Standard

Advanced Encryption Standard si riferisce a un algoritmo di crittografia approvato dal governo americano che può essere utilizzato al fine di proteggere i dati. L' AES è un algoritmo simmetrico block cipher che può crittografare e decrittografare le informazioni. Questo standard si riferisce all'algoritmo Rijandael, un block cipher simmetrico che può processare blocchi di dati di 128 bit, usando chiavi crittografiche di 128, 192, e 256 bit.

The Advanced Encryption Standard specifies a U.S. government-approved cryptographic algorithm that can be used to protect electronic data. The AES algorithm is a symmetric block cipher that can encrypt (encipher) and decrypt (decipher) information. This standard specifies the Rijndael algorithm, a symmetric block cipher that can process data blocks of 128 bits, using cipher keys with lengths of 128, 192, and 256 bits.
